Cause American = white… And not only did Amerikkka enforce laws that prohibited black people but they urged and aided EVERY FUCKING COUNTRY IN LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN to pass similar laws…

Look at any push for the whitening of the population anywhere to the south of the U.S. and you will see the U.S. aiding in this process for so many countries in the Caribbean and Latin America..

The U.S. used its power to influence the perceptions of blacks in all of these countries.. and I do mean ALL OF THEM…
